Katarzyna Szczudlik is a senior associate at Wardynski&Partners law firm in Poland. She specializes in the civil-law aspects of artificial intelligence, as well as regulations governing blockchain, FinTech, telecommunications, broadcasting and anti-money-laundering. Recently she is focused on applicazion of blockchain commercial arbitration.
She is the author of publications on issues such as robotics, blockchain, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution, and has spoken on these issues at Polish and international conferences. She was a member of working groups (within non-profit organizations and formed by Polish government) focused on legal aspects of blockchain and artificial intelligence. She is currently completing her doctoral thesis on artificial intelligence and copyright at the Institute of Law Studies of the Polish Academy of Sciences.
