Dr. Nina-Luisa Siedler
Dr. Nina-Luisa Siedler is Partner and Head of Blockchain Competence Group of DWF. She specializes in structured finance, debt capital markets and various Blockchain/DLT related topics with a focus on governance and financing questions. Besides being Chairman of the thinkBLOCKtank Board, she is a member-at-large of the Interplanetary Database Foundation Board, founding member and speaker of the Finance Working Group of Blockchain Bundesverband (German blockchain association), Advisor of BlockchainHub as well as Member of the EU Blockchain Observatory & Forum’s Working Group “Blockchain Policy and Framework Conditions”.
Anne is Co-Lead of the Blockchain Group at Mishcon de Reya. She has experience in advising on data and privacy issues and a wide range of IT and commercial contracts including IP licences and assignments, franchising, agency, distribution agreements and sponsorship agreements. Her clients extend across a number of sectors, with a focus on technology, sport, media and retail. She is a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals and holds a CIPP/E certification.
Anne is a member of the All Party Parliamentary Group Blockchain, the INATBA privacy group, leads a sub-working group of Tech London Advocates Blockchain, focused on legal and regulatory matters which is supported by the Law Society and has been nominated for numerous awards: in 2020 she was shortlisted for the in the Rising Stars' legal category of WeAreTheCity's Rising Stars 2020 Awards and in 2019 she was shortlisted for WeAreTechWomen, nominated as one of the most influential women in tech by Computer Weekly and was recognised by Legal 500 2020, noting her as a 'Rising Star' for Commercial contracts.
Anne is regularly called upon for expert comment by the press and spoke at Convergence, the worldwide blockchain forum on Blockchain and IP.

Alireza Siadat is a German regulatory lawyer and Partner at Annerton where he supports banks, financial institutions and crypto service providers on entering the regulated market and providing compliance advice post market-entry. He advised some of the first German ICOs on regulatory and civil law issues and banks on joint-venturing with crypto service providers. He is currently counselling crypto exchanges and crypto custody service providers on the new German crypto assets regulatory framework.
Alireza is a founding member and board member (CFO) of thinkBLOCKtank. He is also a member of the German Blockchain Bundesverband’s (German blockchain association) finance working group as well as INATBA’s finance working group.
Jannik Piepenburg is a research associate and PhD candidate at the Martin-Luther-University Halle-Wittenberg, Germany. He studied law in Germany, China and the UK. His research interests are focused on capital markets law as well as criminal economic law with a special consideration of financial crime in connection with the application of DLT/Blockchain.

Jacek Czarnecki is Legal Counsel at MakerDAO and Graduate of University of Warsaw (Master of Law) and University of Oxford (MSc in Law and Finance). He actively participates in several Polish and international blockchain initiatives, such as Blockchain Hub Warsaw (President), thinkBLOCKtank (Board Member) and Coalition for Polish Innovation (Blockchain Lab Coordinator).
At thinkBLOCKtank he holds the role of Co-Chief Technology & Communications Officer.
Alex Stanescu is a lawyer focusing on commercial & corporate aspects of tech, and especially deep tech - such as blockchain & crypto.
He was formerly the Chief Legal Officer of GIN Platform, first automatized masternodes enabler for more than 100 blockchains. He worked and studied in a wide span of legal areas from banking, capital markets.
Alexandru also worked as visiting lawyer in the London office of a US law firm on international arbitration. He worked at the World Bank in Trade and Competitiveness, covering competition, institutional change management, insolvency and ease of doing business policies.
He clerked for the European Court of Justice and European Investment Bank. Alexandru was a Fulbright scholar and Wien Corporate Responsibility Fellow at Columbia Law School, earning a LLM on International Business Transactions and International Arbitration.
He holds a tri-lingual MBA from Deusto University, Bilbao, Spain and a LLM and JD from University of Bucharest, Romania. Alexandru speaks Romanian, English, French, Spanish and Italian. He is qualified in the NY Bar, USA.

Anne-Marie Nicolas is Partner in the Banking and Finance practice group and head of the Fintech team of Loyens & Loeff Luxembourg. She specializes in various types of cross-border finance transactions and debt (re)structurings as well as in regulatory, Fintech and corporate governance matters. She is a member of the Luxembourg Bankers' Association’s Digital Banking and FinTech Innovation Cluster” and the DBFI Working Group "Distributed Ledger Technology" Member of the Luxembourg House of Financial Technology (LHoFT) ICO Working Group.
